A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation at Hotel Himalaya Skardu. Bookings without advance payment, a valid credit card, or an official company letter will remain tentative and temporarily held. To avoid inconvenience, guests are encouraged to complete payment, especially during peak periods.
Our room rates include all government taxes and service charges for full transparency. However, prices may vary without prior notice due to seasonal demand, local events, or policy updates. Guests are advised to check the latest rates when making a reservation.
We recognize that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. A charge of 50% of one night’s room rate will apply for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. Cancellations made within 3 days will incur a full one-night charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be treated as a No Show, with the full booking amount charged.
If your trip is affected by a flight cancellation, we aim to accommodate you with fair refund options. Individual reservations will incur a 15% service charge, while the remaining amount will be refunded or credited toward a future stay. For group or corporate bookings of more than five rooms, a one-night room charge will apply due to prior arrangements.
If you’d like to extend your stay, we’ll be happy to assist, subject to room availability. Please inform the front desk ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrangement, particularly during busy seasons.
No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights. These terms apply primarily to reservations made directly through our official hotel channels. Bookings made via third-party platforms may be subject to different cancellation or refund policies; therefore, guests are advised to review the applicable terms before confirming their reservation. Please retain all booking confirmations and payment receipts to ensure a smooth check-in process.
